Administrative Opportunities:

  • Front Desk Support- Denver Office: We are looking for a few Advocates who would be open to being trained to help support our front desk administrative team on days that all staff are required at a staff meeting. We would bring you in for training on answering phones, accepting deliveries and then would follow up as we have opportunities arise. This includes: operation of multi-line switchboard, answering incoming calls, direct calls appropriately, checking in and directing visitors. *This is an ongoing opportunity. Special Project Opportunities:

  • DMV Ambassador Project: Calling all Colorado and Wyoming Advocates! We are very excited to be kicking off our brand new DMV Ambassador Project, inspired by your feedback (thank you!). This program is geared toward preparing our Advocates to visit their local DMV’s to connect with the staff there. 99% of registrants register their donation status at DMVs. We are hoping for our Advocates to visit their local DMVs during morning meetings or during business hours. Ideally, we would like these visits to include sharing your story, answering questions, debunking myths, etc. You can click here to view an entire list of the DMVs and Driver Services offices to submit your interest. Metropolitan Denver Opportunities:

  • Event Support: Team T-Shirt Sorting. We are looking for 10-15 Advocates to help us prepare for the 25th Anniversary Donor Dash by helping us sort and prepare team t-shirts. Lunch will be provided. This project will take place at our newly renovated office on Spruce Street in Lowry.
    • Monday, July 15, 10:00am-2:00pm
  • Event Support: Bib Labeling. We are looking for 10-15 Advocates to help us adhere sticker assignments to the race bibs in preparation for the 25th Anniversary Donor Dash. Lunch will be provided. This project will take place at our newly renovated office on Spruce Street in Lowry.
    • Tuesday, July 16, 10:00am-2:00pm
  • Event Support: Early Packet Pick-Up. We are looking for 2-3 Advocates per shift to help support the early packet pick-up for team captains and individuals. Training will be provided on-site at the start of each shift. This event will take place at the Donor Alliance office in Lowry. At each shift, a light meal will be provided.     • Wednesday, July 17, three shifts
      • Shift 1: 6:00am-10:00am
      • Shift 2: 10:00am-2:00pm
      • Shift 3: 2:00pm-7:30pm
  • Event Support: Donor Dash Event Set Up & Exhibitor Load In. We are looking for 6-8 Advocates to help support us prepare for the 25th Anniversary Donor Dash by helping with set up tasks and helping to support exhibitor load in for event sponsors and exhibitors. A canopy tent will be provided. This event takes place in Washington Park in Denver.
    • Saturday, July 20, 12:00pm-4:00pm
  • DDS: Donor Dash. We are looking for a few Advocates who would like to staff a table at the 25th Anniversary Donor Dash! You’ll be handing out swag, sharing your story and answering questions about the registry to participants. A canopy tent will be provided. The event takes place in Washington Park in Denver.
    • Sunday, July 21, 7:30am-10:00am
  • DDS: Rockies Game. Donor Alliance is very excited to host a table at the upcoming Rockies game! We are looking for two Advocates for Life to educate and inspire Rockies fan to join the donor registry! Additional details to come in the coming weeks. This event will take place at Coors Field, 2001 Blake Street, Denver, CO 80205
    • Monday, July 22, 5:00pm-8:00pm
  • DDS: 16th Annual Back to School Kickoff Event. Aurora Public Schools is hosting its 16th annual Back to School event to celebrate the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year! APS students and families can enjoy free goodies, good entertainment and more! Donate Life Colorado is very excited to be part of this event with an informational booth in the partner tent and we are looking for 2 Advocates to join us to help educate and inspire attendees to join the donor registry. This event will take place at the Town Center of Aurora.
    • Saturday, August 3, 9:15am-12:45am
  • DDS: Global Fest. Donate Life Colorado is once again excited to be part of this great event, with an informational table featuring gifts and surprises to share with the community. Global Fest is a free, multicultural experience bringing the sights, sounds and flavors of nations from around the word. This family friendly event includes two stages of vibrant musical and dance performances, a variety of local food trucks, an international marketplace, the Parade of Nations, a fashion show, art displays and more. Two Advocates per shift are needed to help staff a Donate Life Colorado table at this important community event. This event takes place on the Great Lawn at the City of Aurora Municipal Center.
    • Shift 1: Saturday, August 17, 10:30am-2:00pm
    • Shift 2: Saturday, August 17, 2:00pm-6:00pm
  • DDS: Take Jake Car & Bike Show. We are looking for 2-3 Advocates to help support this incredible event bringing awareness to organ and tissue donation. Take Jake is a non-profit charitable organization designed to promote and educate the community on the importance of organ and tissue donation and is founded by a fellow Donor Mom and Advocate for Life. This event will take place in the parking lot of Tony Roma’s at the Delta/Marriott off of 25 and and 120th Ave in Northglenn.
    • Saturday, October 5th, 10:00am-3:00pm
  • DDS: Denver Kidney Walk. Donor Alliance is looking forward to once again hosting a table at the annual Denver Kidney Walk in Denver’s Great Lawn Park. This event is outdoors, a canopy tent will be provided.
    • Sunday, October 6, 7:00am-10:00am

Southern Colorado Opportunities:

  • DDS: Rocky Mountain Vibes Game. The Rocky Mountain Vibes have partnered with Donor Alliance to spread awareness about organ, eye and tissue donation at the Colorado Springs Rocky Mountain Vibes minor league baseball game. Join us at the table at the event to help share your story and bring awareness to the many visitors at the game. Advocates who sign up to assist at the table will receive free tickets to the event. There will also be a Donate Life jersey auction at the game.
    • Friday, August 23, 5:15pm-9:00pm
  • DDS: Southern Colorado Kidney Walk. Donor Alliance is excited to once again host a table in the expo area at the annual Southern Colorado Kidney Walk in Memorial Park in Colorado Springs.

Northern Colorado Opportunities:

Western Slope/Grand Junction:

  • DDS: Grand Junction Jackalopes Baseball Game. The Grand Junction Jackalopes and Donor Alliance partners together for a baseball game to show support for organ, eye and tissue donation. Help us spread awareness about the importance of donation! This will be a tabling event and our Advocates will receive free tickets to the event. This event takes place at Suplizio Field in Grand Junction.

Wyoming Opportunities:

  • DDS: Donate Life Night Spuds Baseball Game. This year, as part of our partnership with The Spuds, we will have a DDS table in line with the entrance gates. We are being given this special location and recognition pre-game. We are looking for 1-2 Advocates to staff our DDS table and share their stories with game attendees and educate the public on the facts of donation. The game begins at 6:30pm and we will staff the table for an hour prior to start time and for the first few innings. Join us for this fun event to connect with hundreds of Wyomingites! This event takes place at 330 Kati Lane, Casper, WY 82601.
    • Wednesday, June 19, 5:30pm-TBD.
  • DDS: David Street Station Super Soaker Event. This year, as part of our partnership with David Street Station, we will have a DDS table at the Super Soaker event after the Central Wyoming Fair & Rodeo Parade. We are looking for 1-2 Advocates to staff our DDS table, share their stories with attendees, educate the public on the facts of donation and hand out goodies. The event begins at 11:00am and we will staff the stable until about 12:30pm. This event takes place at David Street Station in Casper.
    • Tuesday, July 9, 10:30am-1:00pm
  • DDS/Special Event: University of Wyoming Donate Life Game. This year, as part of our partnership with the University of Wyoming, we will have a DDS table at War Memorial Stadium for opening weekend! We are being given on-field access for photos and recognition pre-game. We are looking for 2 Advocates to help staff our DDS table and share their stories with game attendees, hand out goodies, educate the public on the facts about donation. Game kickoff is TBD, but most likely will be a late afternoon or evening start. Advocates will need to staff the table 2 hours before game time. The booth is indoors at the Pepsi Pregame Zone at War Memorial Stadium in Laramie, WY. Join us for this fun event to connect with thousands of residents from across the state!
