With more than 20 years in human resources, Laura’s expertise in organizational development helped develop a culture of high engagement and credibility that supports Donor Alliance’s mission of saving lives. In her nine years at Donor Alliance, she has helped lead the non-profit to Top Workplace recognition in the highly competitive Denver market five times, as well as placing the organization amongst the top decile in employee engagement nationally as measured through Quantum Workplace. Laura has held numerous leadership positions in the field, including serving as Chair of the Association of Organ Procurement Organizations Human Resources Council, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Fort Lewis College.

Director of PR/Communications, Donor Alliance

At Donor Alliance, Andrea leads the organization’s efforts to educate and inspire the public to register as organ and tissue donors through the design and implementation of marketing communication, community relations, and public education programs. In her six year tenure, Andrea helped increase the area’s already nationally-leading donor designation rates approximately five percent. With nearly 20 years of experience in media relations, communication and marketing, Andrea has served as Chair of the Association of Organ Procurement Organizations Public Education Council and Chair of Donate Life America’s Advisory Council amongst other leadership roles.
