Laura Jeffries, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR

Laura Jeffries serves as the Chief Administrative and Corporate Compliance Officer at Donor Alliance, where she oversees people, culture, and community. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, Laura has been instrumental in fostering a high- engagement culture that earned the organization the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2018. Under her leadership, Donor Alliance also received the RMPEx Peak Performance Award in 2015 and 2021, the highest state honor.

Currently, Laura is a member of the Board of Directors for Rocky Mountain Performance Excellence (RMPEx), a nonprofit dedicated to helping organizations improve performance. In During her tenure at Donor Alliance, she has consistently led the nonprofit to achieve Top Workplace recognition in the competitive Denver market, and secured a top quartile national ranking in employee engagement through Quantum Workplace.

Laura’s leadership extends beyond her organization; she has chaired the Association of Organ Procurement Organizations Human Resources Council and served on the DEI National Committee. She holds senior-level professional human resources designations from SHRM and HRCI, and a master’s in business administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership & Change Management from Colorado State University – Global.
