Metropolitan Denver Opportunities:

• DDS/Community Event: Dia del Nino at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science. Dia del Nino is a full-day event at the Nature and Science Museum in Denver on April 27th from 9:00am-4:00pm. We are looking for 2 Advocates per shift to share information about the importance of organ and tissue donation for parents and Transplantation Science information and games for kids.
  • Shift 1: Sunday, April 27, 9:00am-1:00pm
  • Shift 2: Sunday, April 27, 1:00pm-4:30pm
• DDS/Community Event: Rocky Mountain Rods & Rides. Pharaohs Car Club is hosting a car show in the Shops of Northfield from 9am-4pm! We are looking for 2 Advocates per shift to help support a table to educate and inspire the community to sign up on the donor registry! This event takes place at The Shops at Northfield, 8340 Northfield Blvd, Denver, CO.
  • Saturday, June 21: Shift 1: 8:30am-12:00pm
  • Saturday, June 21, Shift 2: 12:00pm-4:30pm
• Event Support: Donor Dash- Team T-Shirt Sorting. We are looking for 10-15 Advocates to help us prepare team t-shirt packets ahead of Early Packet Pick Up! A light lunch will be provided. This opportunity takes place at Donor Alliance’s offices in Denver.
  • Monday, July 14, 10:00am-2:00pm
• Event Support: Donor Dash-Bib Labeling. We are looking for 10-15 Advocates to help us label bibs for the Donor Dash as we prepare for Early Packet Pick Up! A light lunch will be provided. All volunteers will receive a code for a free race registration. This opportunity takes place at Donor Alliance’s offices in Denver.

Southern Colorado Opportunities:

Western Slope/Grand Junction:

• Save the Date! DDS/Community Event: JUCO World Series Game. Donor Alliance will have a booth at the JUCO World Series event at Suplizio Field in Grand Junction to raise awareness about organ, eye and tissue donation. We’re deciding on a day during Memorial Day weekend and are looking for 2-3 Advocates to help! Advocates can plan to arrive by 8:00am to set up the table and stay to break it down after the game. Vendor passes and parking will be provided. It’s a great chance for us to connect with the community and enjoy game day excitement! This event will take place at Suplizio Field in Grand Junction, CO.

Wyoming Opportunities:

• Special Event Support: Wyoming Donor Dash- Day of Registration Table. We are looking for 1-2 Advocates to help support the day of check in table at the Wyoming Donor Dash! The event will take place at the Tate Pumphouse.

• Special Event Support- Wyoming Donor Dash- Crosswalk Support. We are looking for one Advocate to support the Wyoming Donor Dash by manning the crosswalk. A safety vest will be provided.

• DDS: Wyoming Donor Dash- Donate Life Wyoming Table. We are looking for 1-2 Advocates to support a Donate Life Wyoming table before the Wyoming Donor Dash to provide fun giveaways to participants and help answer questions!

• DDS: Festival of Hope. We are hoping for 2 Advocates to join us at this important event focusing on suicide prevention and awareness. The goal of this event is to spread hope in our community. Donate Life Wyoming will host a table at the Festival of Hope to educate and inspire the public about organ, eye and tissue donation. This opportunity takes place at Restoration Church, 422 S. Walsh Dr, Casper, WY.
  • Saturday, May 17, 12:30pm-3:00pm
• DDS: Casper Spuds Donate Life Night. The Casper Spuds baseball team will collaborate with Donor Alliance for Donate Life Night on Friday, June 27th. Donor Alliance will table at the entrance of the game to educate & inspire attendees! Anyone with a heart on their license will have free admission. As we get closer, there will be some fun initiatives for our Advocates! If you’re interested in attending or volunteering, sign up to join us! This event takes place at Mike Lansing Field, 1101 N. Poplar Street, Casper, WY.
