Executive Leadership Team
Jennifer Prinz, RN, BSN, MPH-HPA

With more than 30 years of experience in organ and tissue donation and transplantation, Jennifer serves as the President and CEO of Donor Alliance. While organ procurement organizations are serving every state, Donor Alliance, under Jennifer’s leadership, stands out as a leader in the field and has improved the climate for transplant patients in Colorado and Wyoming.
Jennifer has been instrumental in raising Coloradans’ and Wyomingites’ willingness to register as organ and tissue donors. Under her leadership, in 2023, the Governors of Colorado and Wyoming declared their states Donate Life Communities. These landmark designations made Colorado the first and Wyoming the second state in the nation to formally show their commitment to raising awareness about the need to join the organ, eye and tissue donor registry. In addition, she led Donor Alliance to a record number of organ recoveries and lifesaving and healing transplants in 2024. Thanks to Jennifer’s leadership, Donor Alliance has achieved outstanding clinical and operational outcomes, culminating in a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2018.
Before becoming CEO of Donor Alliance, Jennifer served as the organization’s Chief Operating Officer and the director of procurement, quality systems, and compliance at Tennessee Donor Services. She has vast experience in trauma care, including leading the trauma center and neuro-intensive care units at the University of Tennessee Medical Center.
Jennifer holds a Master of Public Health-Health Policy and Administration from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
She currently serves on the boards of directors for Life Logics, AlloSource, The Alliance, The Association of Organ Procurement Organizations, Donate Life America, and Mentor Colorado.
In 2016 and 2021, Jennifer and her family were personally touched by organ donation and transplantation. She remains committed to honoring heroic organ and tissue donors and their families while maximizing donation and transplantation throughout Colorado, Wyoming, and the United States.
