Donor Alliance Named 2023 Best Place to Work by Denver Business Journal
DENVER — Donor Alliance, the nonprofit organ and tissue procurement organization serving Colorado and most of Wyoming, has been recognized as a 2023 Best Place to Work by Denver Business Journal in the extra-large company (100-249 employees) category.
Best Places to Work honors the region’s leading employers, recognizing companies that go beyond the norm to foster an enjoyable and meaningful work environment for employees. Results are determined by an online survey of employees conducted by Quantum Workplace, which measures each organization’s culture on everything from benefits to trust in leadership. Responses are then compiled, evaluated and ranked by Quantum based on the composite score.
“We are honored to be recognized by the Denver business community, and grateful to all of the wonderful staff and volunteers that make Donor Alliance such an incredible place to work,” said Jennifer Prinz, president and CEO of Donor Alliance. “This honor is particularly meaningful to our organization because it is judged by the people that know our company best, our workforce.”
As a recognized leader in organ and tissue donation, the organization fosters a mission-driven culture through its core values: Integrity, Leadership, Excellence, Accountability and People First. In addition to traditional health benefits and other offerings like a wellness program, bilingual program, tuition and health club reimbursement, student loan repayment, and a charitable contribution program, Donor Alliance also offers employees something much more extraordinary: the opportunity to help save and heal lives every day.
