Donor Alliance Takes Home Three Gold Leaf Awards

The Donor Alliance team walked away from the Colorado Healthcare Communicators’ Gold Leaf Awards with three awards on November 2, 2018. The Gold Leaf Awards recognize the best in healthcare communications, marketing and public relations.

Donor Alliance was recognized in several categories for their hard work on a number of projects within the last year.

The first project that earned the team a Silver Leaf award was the “Show Your Heart Project” in the “Community Relations” category. The goal of that project was to inspire organ, eye and tissue donation through hidden hearts.

Donor Alliances’ “Mi Héroe Dijo Sí” Campaign was also recognized in the “Communication Program: Budget Over $25,000” category, again taking home another Silver Leaf award. This campaign’s goal was to increases awareness for organ, eye and tissue donation.

Finally, in the “Event: Large – Over 200 Attendees” category, Donor Alliance snagged a Silver Leaf award for our signature Donor Dash event where the goal was to celebrate organ, eye and tissue donation.

We are honored to be recognized for our work within three different campaigns and projects, and we thank all of the volunteers and staff who helped us pull off such great events!
