Wyoming Donor Dash

Honoring the lives of organ, eye, and tissue donors, celebrating the lives of transplant recipients and recognizing those who continue to wait for a transplant, join us at the annual Wyoming Donor Dash. The 2025 Wyoming Donor Dash will be on Saturday, April 26, 2025. Learn more about the event below!

Event Location & Timeline

  • Tate Pumphouse, Casper, Wyoming
  • 8:00 am: Check-in and onsite registration
  • 8:40 am: Presentations
  • 9:00 am: Race starts

Important Deadlines

  • Wednesday, April 16: The deadline to add the $9.00 mailing option to your registration. If you do not select shipping, your shirt will be available for pick-up at:
  • đź“Ť Early Packet Pick-Up – Friday, April 25, from 5:30–7:30 PM at the Tate Pumphouse
  • đź“Ť Event Day Pick-Up – Saturday, April 26, starting at 7:00 AM at the Tate Pumphouse
  • Friday, April 18: Online registration closes (You can register for the event on race day but we can’t guarantee t-shirt sizes).
  • Monday, April 21: Last day to submit a photo and message for the Wall of Honor. If you would like a photo of your loved one displayed on the Wall of Honor with a short message, please fill out this form.

Online Registration

  • Online registration is $25 and required to guarantee an event t-shirt the day of race.
  • Online registration opens in February, 2025.
  • Online registration will close on Friday, April 18, 2025.
  • Donor Families and recipients recieve free registration. Please email wyomingdonordash@donoralliance.org for the promo code.

Wall of Honor:

  • Want a photo displayed of you or your loved one at Donor Dash on the Wall of Honor? Fill out the form here!
  • The Wall of Honor form closes Monday, April 21.

Create a Team

  • Create a team for the Wyoming Donor Dash! If you create the team, you are automatically assigned the team captain.
  • NEW THIS YEAR: On Friday, April 25, from 5:30-7:30, team captains and individuals can pick up their packets at the Tate Pumphouse.

HOW TO CREATE A TEAM ONLINE (For Team Captains):

    • Step 1: Go to www.donoralliance.org/wyomingdonordash (we recommend using Firefox or Chrome)
    • Step 2: Click on “Register Now”-you will be taken to Race Roster’s website.
    • Step 3: Click “Register” in the left hand menu on Race Roster’s website. You will need to create a Race Roster account or sign in to continue. If an account is already registered with your e-mail address, you will be prompted for a password. If you are unable to recall your password, please click “Forgot Pass-word?” and follow the prompts to re-set your password.
    • Step 4: Fill in your information for Participant #1.
    • Step 5: Under “Would you like to create or join a team?” click Yes and then Create Team. Please note, Participant 1 will automatically become the team captain.
    • Step 6: Complete your team’s details including team name & type.
    • Step 7: Continue through to payment to complete your registration

Virtual Participation

If you would like to participate virtually, you can track your 5K through the RunKeeper app. You can also add a $9.00 shipping fee for your packet to be mailed to you. A $9.00 fee is required to cover the shipping cost if you would like your packet mailed to you. If you do not choose this shipping option, your packet will be at the event on race day. Spotify Playlist

  • Add your song of choice to the Wyoming Donor Dash playlist. Fill out the form here with the song that reminds you of your connection to organ, eye and tissue donation.
